Simple Tibetan Monk

Back in the early times, deacons of temples would ask the workers to build a statue of a simple Tibetan monk carrying the temple’s corner on one shoulder when the temple construction was completed. This is a task to stabilize the temple’s corner. Hence, the simple Tibetan monk is a symbol of strength, is one of the strongest persons to life heavy loads.

This monk has a pair of big eyes, thick eyebrows, thick and curly beards, and a simple and honest countenance. He carries the temple corner on one shoulder wholeheartedly for a long long time.
